World Menopause Day

World Menopause Day

This is a blog to celebrate World Menopause Day.  I would like to acknowledge how moved I am to be taking this day to raise awareness of the Perimenopause and Menopause and the different impact it has on each and every woman.

I am excited that we are now speaking about the Menopause and sharing our experiences of what it is like to be in this stage of life.   I would love to hear about what it means to you.

What were your experiences leading up to the perimenopause and into menopause?

What are the challenges you are facing, if any?

How are you meeting these challenges?

What does it feel like to be inside your body now?

Are there any natural products you take or put on your body that you would recommend?

Are there any books that you would recommend others to read?  (I personally found Dr Christiane Northrop’s Women’s Bodies Women’s Wisdom and the Wisdom of the Menopause wonderfully wise and informative).

“I value each and every one of your experiences and thank you in advance for sharing the wisdom of this part of your life journey.”

Rachel Podger

I value each and every one of your experiences and thank you in advance for sharing the wisdom of this part of your life journey with myself and all of us who are on this path of discovery and to be brave and courageous enough to share it with those who may want a helping hand on their way into and through the Perimenopause and Menopause.

Loneliness and fear are in the past for those of you who would like to share and discover more about the wonders of later life and living it to the full.
