Finding Space

This morning I recorded a breathing space meditation.

The inner spaciousness that I reconnect to in this meditation practice allows me to surrender to both a bigger picture and an inner sense of well-being. In this space I feel nourished and nurtured and remember that no matter what is happening outside of myself I have access to sustenance through my breath.

The sustenance I refer to is in this instance is both food for my body and soul; the two are inseparable. I feel deep gratitude for this realisation. My body is the age it is and I honour it with a new found respect and appreciation. Now, amongst the occasional brain fog of menopause I hope I can recall my souls longing. And breathe …
