The Beauty of Nature

Today I woke to a crisp, beautiful, frosty morning. The sunshine brought me to life in a way that my first sip of coffee used to many moons ago. It awoke my heart and reminded me of how grateful I feel for nature and its endless ability to keep giving, regardless of the time of year.

This feeling of joy continued as I walked; the early morning sunshine took my breath away. I was reminded to pause and listen to the sounds of nature (which I recorded as a meditation) and fully absorb my experience. As I write, I can feel myself reconnecting with this moment; my fingertips tingle with excitement and gratitude. Meanwhile, the energy from the sunshine and frost radiate throughout my entire body.Yesterday's tiredness leaves my body, and I feel rejuvenated by pausing to connect with breath and nature. I remind myself that no matter how busy I am, I always have time to take in the beauty of nature surrounding me.
